Special base

The cranes feature a special base for easy installation on any type of vessel, and the controls are separate from the main structure to provide better protection against sea salt.

Special coating for marine environments

The painting process consists of two layers of epoxy paint with a thickness of 40/50 microns, followed by two layers of enamel, and is completed with a layer of polyurethane with a thickness of 60/80 microns.

Additional protection

The main crane shafts have undergone chemical nickel plating with a thickness of 50 μm and chrome plating with a thickness of 100 μm, while the extension shafts have undergone special double chrome plating. Internally, the rotation cylinders have also received a double layer of chrome plating. The electrical components are protected with an IP65 rating.
