FX500 Fassi Electronic Control.
A system that electronically monitors the load conditions of the crane, hydraulic, and mechanical extensions, as well as the winch. It manages the lifting of the load with the ability to activate different work zones based on the stability of the crane/truck. Additionally, it records and transmits data related to the crane’s operation.
FX800 Fassi Electronic Control
A system that electronically monitors the load conditions of the crane, hydraulic and mechanical extensions, and the winch. With technical and operational features tailored to specific crane models, especially those designed for high or very high performance, and capable of operating in the most demanding working conditions. It manages the lifting of the load with the ability to activate different work zones based on the stability of the crane/truck. Additionally, it records and transmits data related to the crane’s operation.
FX901
Touchscreen Display. A 7″ color graphic display with touchscreen technology, allowing the display of detailed information regarding the crane’s stabilization and working conditions.
FX-Link
A system developed with the aim of optimizing connectivity between the crane and the truck. In practice, it controls the vehicle from the crane’s remote control and the crane’s status from the vehicle’s dashboard, developing new integrated command/control functions.
AWC (automatic winch control)
Automatic Winch Control. Through a network of specialized wireless sensors, this system detects the telescopic movements of the extensions when the crane’s jib is horizontal to the ground, automatically maintaining a constant distance between the pulley, the crane’s tip, and the lifting hook.
ACF (Automatic winch control)
Automatic Crane Folding. This new system allows the crane to open and close automatically. For example, it simplifies the crane’s return to the parking position.
CCD (Cabin collision detection)
Cabin Collision Detection. The system uses position sensors to monitor the movement of the crane’s arms, detecting their distance from the truck’s cabin and automatically blocking them when they approach dangerously close.
IoC (Internet of Cranes)
Crane Internet. With this patented system from Fassi, all cranes equipped with the special device are “online,” allowing the operator to rely on a constantly active support service that optimizes maintenance times and costs.
MOL Manual Outriggers Lock (Manual Stabilizers Safety)
A safety system that detects the locking of the safety pin of the mechanical outriggers when they are in the travel position (retracted). It provides a visual and audible alarm, which is installed in the vehicle’s cabin.
CPM Crane Position Monitoring
A safety system that detects whether the stabilizers (outriggers) are fully extended, regardless of whether they are mechanically or hydraulically extendable. It is connected to the crane height control system in the travel position (folded). It provides a visual and audible alarm, which is installed in the vehicle’s cabin.
FSC Fassi Stability Control
A system that continuously monitors and ensures the working conditions of the crane in relation to the stability of the crane/truck, based on the position of the stabilizers. The system is available in three versions: L (Low), M (Medium), and S (Super), each characterized by different design and functionality to be adaptable to all possible crane specifications.
IMC Integral Machine Control
It is the digital brain of Fassi cranes, which, through state-of-the-art electronics and in conjunction with the crane’s control systems, manages and ensures the best operating conditions for the crane, providing optimal machine performance and control under all working conditions.
ADC Automatic Dynamic Control
A control system from Fassi that automatically monitors the dynamics of all the crane’s functions, maximizing movement speed based on the handled load. It only allows controlled movements, minimizing wear on the crane and the vehicle’s frame.
OTC Oil Temperature Control
An electronically controlled device for monitoring oil temperature. Thanks to the analog sensor installed inside the oil cooler, it is capable of maintaining the ideal temperature for the hydraulic system, even under the most demanding operating conditions. The temperature is displayed on the crane’s control panel as well as on the wireless remote control screen.
D850 Digital Multifunction Distributor Bank
The digital multifunctional distributor D850 manages the oil from the pump and distributes it according to the crane’s functions that require it, thereby ensuring perfect operation of multiple movements simultaneously.
D900 Digital Multifunction Distributor Bank
The digital multifunctional distributor D900 manages the oil from the pump and distributes it according to the crane’s functions that require it, ensuring perfect operation of multiple movements simultaneously. In combination with the FX (extra fast system), it guarantees exceptional fluidity and speed.
RCH/ RCS Radio remote control
The new digital wireless remote control with a screen allows you to operate the crane remotely and, optionally, the vehicle and stabilizers. It automatically detects available frequencies to ensure continuous communication between the operator and the crane.

A multifunctional distributor, ideal for small and medium cranes, configured according to the crane’s functions.

ME Manual Extension
Fassi designed a control system that, in combination with the FX500 and FX800 electronic systems, can determine whether the load being handled on the mechanical extension can be lifted based on the crane’s rated loads.
GV Graphic Visualizer
It is an innovative panel that transmits all information regarding the crane’s operation to the screen using graphics for better understanding by the operator. All crane parameters are monitored, and the available systems can be selected via a rotary switch.
AV Alphanumeric Visualizer
It is a panel that transmits all information regarding the crane’s operation to the operator via the screen using letters, numbers, or symbols.
FS Flow Sharing
A system that distributes the oil from the pump proportionally to all movements simultaneously. It allows multiple movements to operate at the same time, distributing the available oil flow according to the crane’s movements and speed.
JDP Jip Dual Power
A Fassi system that provides a double lifting capacity lever for the fly jib, depending on the crane’s height that can be reached in the vertical position.
FL Full Lift
A system that allows selection based on operational needs, between FAST (recycling valve activated) or POWER (recycling valve deactivated) while the hydraulic extensions are being extended or retracted. The selection is made via the wireless remote control by choosing the corresponding icon or by pressing a button on the main control panel.
XF Extra Fast
A system that operates through special valves and, in combination with the multifunctional distributor, allows for smooth and precise movements with less oil heating and higher operating speeds.
XP Extra Power
A system that provides more power for challenging loads, while reducing the crane’s movement speed.
MPES Multi Power Extension System
A system that guarantees exceptional speed in the extension or retraction of the hydraulic extensions. It consists of a set of independent powerful cylinders that are connected and controlled by a remote control.
Prolink Progressive Link
An exclusive system from Fassi that consists of a longer lifting piston and, in combination with the double linkages, allows for a greater working angle of the crane. Depending on the crane, it allows for an additional 10º-15º without affecting the lifting capacity. The Prolink is also applied to the fly jib, providing an increase in the working angle of 10º-20º.

FWD Fewer Welds Design
The fewer metal welds there are, the stronger the construction will be. The structural parts of the crane are made from bent steel and typically with only one welded side, providing better elasticity in weight and ideal resistance to fatigue.

UHSS Ultra High Strength Steel
